PASQUALE GIOVANE
My love for woodworking started when I was a kid—helping my dad in the garage and, when he wasn’t around, finding ways to build the things I couldn’t afford.
That passion turned into a career. Today, I take pride in helping homeowners bring their ideas to life by building what they want—without the high cost typically associated with custom work. For me, it’s about creating something meaningful, functional, and built to last.
SALVATORE CAPPELLO
With over 30 years of carpentry experience, I’ve built more than just projects—I’ve built a life around this craft, including my own home from the ground up and a family I’m incredibly proud of.
What keeps me passionate after all these years is simple: seeing the look on someone’s face when an idea becomes reality. That’s how I knew early on that this was the right path for me—and it’s what continues to drive my work today.
FRED BARR
Fred joined the Cugini Woodworking team in January and has quickly become an invaluable part of what we do.
Bringing years of hands-on experience from his own shop, Fred Barr Woodworking, he adds both craftsmanship and creativity to every project. Whether he’s in the paint booth dialing in the perfect finish or designing custom pieces, Fred’s attention to detail and passion for the work show in everything he touches.
His ability to move seamlessly from concept to final product makes him a key part of delivering the quality and custom results our clients expect.
