2. Authorized Use

Access to the Application is limited to authorized users.

Users may use the Application only for legitimate Cugini Woodworking business purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, company policies, and these Terms.

Authorized users are responsible for handling this information appropriately and maintaining its confidentiality.

Information accessed through the Application should be used only for legitimate business purposes.

4. QuickBooks Online Integration

The Cugini Job System may connect to QuickBooks Online through Intuit's authorized services.

Users must authorize the QuickBooks connection through Intuit before QuickBooks information can be accessed.

The Application may retrieve information such as:

  • Customer and project information
  • Estimates
  • Invoices
  • Payments
  • Invoice balances
  • Accounts-receivable information
  • Company information

The current QuickBooks integration is designed to operate on a read-only basis for accounting and business information.

The Application does not currently create, modify, delete, void, send, or otherwise alter QuickBooks accounting transactions through this integration.

QuickBooks Online remains the authoritative accounting system for information originating in QuickBooks.

Use of QuickBooks Online is also subject to Intuit's applicable terms, policies, and agreements.

5. Third-Party Services

The Application may interact with third-party products and services used by Cugini Woodworking, including accounting, storage, communication, or other business platforms.

Availability and operation of those services are controlled by their respective providers.

Cugini Woodworking does not control and cannot guarantee the continuous availability, accuracy, security, or operation of third-party services.

Use of third-party services may also be subject to separate terms and privacy policies established by those providers.

6. User Responsibilities

Authorized users are responsible for:

  • Protecting their login credentials and devices
  • Maintaining appropriate access controls
  • Reviewing information before relying upon it for business decisions
  • Reporting suspected unauthorized access or security issues
  • Using customer and business information appropriately

Users should not disclose passwords, authentication tokens, API credentials, or other sensitive security information to unauthorized persons.

7. Data and Privacy

Use of information through the Application is governed by the Cugini Job System Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy describes the categories of information the Application may access, how that information is used and protected, and how connected services such as QuickBooks Online are handled.

8. Intellectual Property

Except for third-party software, services, trademarks, and other materials owned by their respective owners, the Cugini Job System and its associated Cugini-specific software, configurations, documentation, designs, workflows, and business materials are owned by or licensed to Cugini Woodworking LLC.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Cugini Woodworking's intellectual property to an Application user.

QuickBooks, Intuit, and related names and marks are the property of Intuit Inc. or its affiliates.

Other third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

9. Application Availability

Cugini Woodworking may modify, maintain, update, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Application when reasonably necessary for business, technical, security, or operational reasons.

The Application may occasionally be unavailable because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Software updates
  • Internet or network problems
  • Third-party service interruptions
  • Authentication problems
  • Hardware failures
  • Security events
  • Other circumstances outside Cugini Woodworking's reasonable control

Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

10. Accuracy of Information

The Application is intended to assist with business operations, but users remain responsible for reviewing information before making important business, accounting, contractual, scheduling, or financial decisions.

Information obtained from connected third-party services may depend upon the accuracy and availability of information maintained by those providers.

QuickBooks Online remains the authoritative source for QuickBooks accounting records.

11. Security

Cugini Woodworking uses reasonable measures intended to protect the Application and information processed through it.

Users must not attempt to defeat, bypass, disable, probe, or interfere with security controls.

Any suspected unauthorized access, credential compromise, or security incident should be reported promptly to Cugini Woodworking.

12. Disclaimer

The Application is provided for Cugini Woodworking's business operations and is made available on an “as available” basis.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cugini Woodworking does not warrant that the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, third-party platform, or service.

Nothing in these Terms alters obligations that Cugini Woodworking may separately have to its customers under applicable contracts or law.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cugini Woodworking will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting solely from an authorized user's misuse of the Application or from failures of third-party services outside Cugini Woodworking's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.

14. Termination of Access

Cugini Woodworking may suspend or terminate a user's access to the Application when:

  • The user is no longer authorized to access Cugini systems
  • Access is no longer necessary for legitimate business purposes
  • Security concerns exist
  • These Terms or applicable company policies have been violated
  • Suspension is reasonably necessary to protect Cugini Woodworking, its customers, or its systems

Termination of Application access does not necessarily delete business records that Cugini Woodworking is required or entitled to retain.

15. Changes to These Terms

Cugini Woodworking may update these Terms as the Application, connected services, legal requirements, or business operations change.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised effective date.

Continued authorized use of the Application after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
